Shipping Policy

Do you offer free shipping on all orders?
Yes, all orders within the Contiguous U.S. ship for free!
Shipping rates for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can be viewed here.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available. International shipping is not included in free shipping promotion.

Please note: We only ship Loungefly products to U.S. and Canada.

How do you ship orders within the US?
We ship via USPS, FedEx, Amazon carrier, or UPS.

How do you ship orders to Canada?

We ship via USPS.

I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?
Email with your name & order # in the subject line or the beginning of the message box if you're using our contact page. Include the email and previous address associated with that order # for verification, then include the updated shipping address of where you want that order to go!

Please note: changing your address within your account DOES NOT update the shipping address for that specific order(s).

Order Status

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays).

Will I receive tracking information?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Contact us at and we will look into the situation. Please include your order number in your email.

Preorder Policy


When do you charge for preorders?
We charge all preorders at point of sale.

I placed a preorder, am I able to cancel?
For all cancellations, there is a 20% cancellation fee. We're able to waive the fee if the customer decides to complete an exchange or accept a gift card instead.



What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

A 10% Restocking Fee will apply to all returns (with the exception of damaged shipments.) A return label can be provided for an additional cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, with original tags attached. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

I want to return my purchase -- what do I do?
Making returns is easy; simply mail the items you would like to return to the address below. Please include your order number (a copy of your order confirmation email will do nicely) along with your package so there is no delay in receiving your refund.

How many days do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days after delivery to return your item(s).

Who pays return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
No, as long as everything is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with tags still attached, it can be returned.


How will I receive the refund?
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the same method of payment used in the original purchase.

How long will it take to get my refund?
You should receive your refund within 2-3 business days after we receive the item, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How can I check the status of my refund?

Can I exchange/replace an item instead of getting a refund?
