Do you offer free shipping on orders?
All orders within the Contiguous U.S. ship for free with standard shipping!
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available. International shipping is not included in free shipping promotion.
Please note: We only ship Loungefly products to the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and Canada.
How do you ship orders?
We ship via USPS, FedEx, Amazon carrier, or UPS.
I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?
Email hello@707street.com with your name & order # in the subject line or the beginning of the message box if you're using our contact page. Include the email and previous address associated with that order # for verification, then include the updated shipping address of where you want that order to go!
Please note: changing your address within your account DOES NOT update the shipping address for that specific order(s).

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 1-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
Will I receive tracking information?
