Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available. International shipping is not included in free shipping promotion.
Please note: We only ship Loungefly products to U.S. and Canada.
How do you ship orders?
We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?
Email email@example.com with your name & order # in the subject line or the beginning of the message box if you're using our contact page. Include the email and previous address associated with that order # for verification, then include the updated shipping address of where you want that order to go!
Please note: changing your address within your account DOES NOT update the shipping address for that specific order(s).
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays).
Will I receive tracking information?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
