The bags are amazing as always the only thing I wish is that I’ve been with this company and buying in mass amount for years in high amounts and when a bag comes damaged or with request they don’t even want to bend a little when it’s someone who’s been loyal with buying and it kind of hurts especially when you’re sent all the same bags etc

Best yet! Loved all 12 bags we received, always fun to open them one by one and see what they are. Highly recommend for any collector.

NOPE don’t like it. I like Disney and Minnie, but not this one. The bag is too big for a crossbody. I WISH blind bags had some kind of survey option you could submit with your order that allows you to leave some feedback about your likes and dislikes. Or if you could chose like 5-20 bags so they know which ones you really like and then send one from your picks or wishlist! Then more customers would be happy. Received 2 days after ordering.
I used to love the Loungefly Mystery Box subscription, you'll see past positive reviews from me on here. I’ve had the crossbody and wallet subscriptions for a long time, and I used to get the 12‑piece backpack box too. Unfortunately, it’s clear the program has gone downhill. Sports bags are now being included. It would have been a courtesy to notify customers of this change, especially since the subscription terms I agreed to explicitly stated that sports bags were not included. I’ve consistently received a damaged item about every other box. I usually let it go because I know I’m getting a deal, but on the occasions I’ve requested a replacement and sent a photo of the damage, I’ve been asked for multiple additional photos just to start the conversation. I’ve spent thousands on subscription boxes here, why is a photo of the shipping label required when the damage clearly occurred before shipping? Two items in my most recent shipment arrived without tags. Are these items coming from a returns bin? And of course, I had already recycled the shipping box before I noticed. My last crossbody box contained all 12 duplicates. I approved duplicate wallets about six months ago, but I was never asked to approve duplicate crossbody boxes. Disappointing. I used to love this service, but I’ll be canceling both subscriptions. At this point, you can find better deals on Loungefly items elsewhere, and actually choose what you’re getting.

My wife and I loved the mystery box. It is very exciting to open it and expect what themes your articles. Definitely our favorite items were those from Disney and Marvel.

Got a mystery four pack.... I'm a very hard person to please. And let's just say I'm more than happy 😊 I was not expecting a full set of anything 😍 but this was so cool to me. I love variety but this was sweet as well. Thanks soooooo much to the person who curated my box !!

Love! I had ordered other Loungefly mystery sets but this was my first time ordering crossbody bags. A good variety (Disney, Harry Potter, Sanrio, and other pop culture themes). Five of the 12 were Halloween themed which is great considering that holiday will soon be upon us. Will be ordering again and can't wait to see what the next box has!
