These are absolutely adorable! Quick shipping and reasonable pricing. My only regret is that this is the second time that I have ordered 2 and gotten duplicates. I realize that they are mystery boxes but maybe take them from different areas in the main box before shipping them to increase the chances of getting 2 different styles.

Buyer beware! Mine came with a manufacturer defect to which the plastic wrapping was SEWN into the actual backpack.It made it impossible to remove without leaving remnants for $25 this is completely unacceptable. I contacted the company. My original payment was $15 in coupons which I had earned and $10 out of pocket. They tried to push the "this is a blind box" narrative which yes it is but I'm not trying to EXCHANGE because I'm unhappy with my character I'm trying to exchange because it's literally defective which is unacceptable in any product for blind box or not. I was not given an apology and was only offered $10 in CREDIT which wouldn't even allow me to purchase a new one. When I explained that this was unacceptable for a damaged product my message went ignored. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing from this company ever again. No one should have to worry about wasting $25 (yes coupons count because those were earned and used) on a product that will come in damaged and refused to be replaced.
